    Gym for sale

    I'll try to keep this brief.

    My girlfriend changed jobs and ended up losing a couple of paychecks in the process. She needs some extra cash to catch up on her bills so she's selling her home gym. (I would just give her the cash but she has a fierce independent streak and won't take it)

    I know a lot of you guys have or would like to have a home gym, since most of you are like me and sit in front of the monitor getting no excercise for 12+ hours a day, so I thought I'd post this here and see if there are any takers.

    Its a Total Gym 3000 (the one with Chuck Norris in the infomercial)

    Here are a couple of pics



    It comes with 2 videotapes,instructional flip chart, instructional manual, pull up press bars, leg extension, squat stand, and wing bar attachments. You can also add extra weight if you want, I think it holds up to 400lbs (including you)

    They sell these things off of TV for about $1300. She'll take $550 for it. (That includes shipping, its going to cost about $100 to box, insure and ship it, so she's only getting $450)

                                          But you can definitely get a total workout with it. There's like 80+ excercises you can do with it, and that's not even counting the extra attatchments she has to go along with it.
