Adobe Premiere Elements 3 - HDV output?

Anyone know if Adobe Premiere Elements 3 outputs HDV. I see it can capture it but not sure about output?

Thanks in advance

Are you trying out the demo? If so the demos do not include hdv plugins.

Im not 100% sure on element, and really its not the best thing for editing. Premiere would be what you should get. The new cs3 has some nice new features too, and fully supports hdv.
