i pay $19.95 a month for my hosting with them, and i have been treated like i pay $300 a month... i guess quality wins over cheapness eh?

you think they are gonna turn away potential customers because someone said "hey, your host sucks because of down time having right now, goto phatservers!" whatever, they are in this for money, just like all of us... except unlike webair, their services are TOP NOTCH and STAND UP!
