I paused all of my campaigns as soon as I noticed the sites were down.

And their fucking phones are still down. I was mad. Now I'm bordering on pissed off.

it isn't such a weird thing that phone systems are now computer based...and if they run their phones off the same lines as their server, it makes sense that they would be down

Are you for real??? Like the entire company is huddled around the bad router equally participating in its recovery.

They have router guys and support guys. Just wanted somebody to keep us updated, don't think that's asking too much big guy.

I'm going to think that the guy who can fix that is not in the office and need to go in the office right now. So that's probably why it's so long. Webair will never say this but that could explain why it's so long. It's really easy to fix it but if the technician is not there (memorial day) it can take longer My 2 cents
