In my opinion rap isn't dead. The shit they show on TV is just plain wrong, because that's what sells, bullshit. If you search around on the internet you will still be able to find a lot of good (new) stuff.

the remix was done by a kid named jerzee

if you remembered way back when, jay-z released fade to black acoustic, so abunch of dj's took his shit and remixed it

I didn't check the link so I thought he covered it. I only saw a few minutes ago that it was remix.
