i work for a music group and i'm taking a trip down to florida this coming week for a few shows in the anger management tour and i will be in tampa and fort lauderdale. anyone have any good ideas on stuff there is to do there? i was thinking about going to orlando a day or 2 before hand and going to pleasure island.

If your going to be in Tampa, make sure to hit Busch Gardens Tampa Bay... Bad ass roller coasters, big ass zoo, & FREE BEER!
Orlando has tons of shit, id suggest:
Universal Studios Islands of Adventures
Universal Studios City Walk - free, food, clubs, tons of people usually.
Church Street - downtown orlando; buncha clubs/bars.
Check to see if anyone is playing at the House of Blues or Hard Rock Live. They usually get a few big names - but i think august is a pretty quiet month.
Im not sure how great Pleasure Island is, but its just a bunch of clubs... Might as well just hit the regular Orlando clubs?
Anyways Orlando has all types of entertainment, i guess it just depends on what you want...Comment
