Planning on doing it again soon. At least from one house to another.

Dieting is a bad way on it's own to lose weight or get in shape... Exercise is better, rice is good for you!

3 weeks ago I switched from drinking only coca cola to only bottled water ...
pretty big change for me, because I've been drinking cola for as long as I can remember.

Two and a half years ago I started working out again, quit drinking and started eating healthy every day. I subsequently lost 45 pounds, got into single digit bodyfat, and then gained back about ten pounds worth of muscle. I look better, feel great, and now it's just an every day routine.

Yours?

A few months ago I decided to eliminate Coke, Dr. Pepper--all carbonated beverages! Anything that's used to cut through rust can't be a good thing for one's intestines!:1orglaugh Plus, it's 150 totally empty calories each 12oz can. No need for it. I'd rather take 150 calories in the form of heart healthy red wine!:thumbsup

:1orglaugh JScott, I'm working on cutting that out too. Not for the calories so much as the fact that I've got bad insomnia and hope that less caffeine even early in the day, will help me sleep better at night.

So far, I have only managed to cut out drip coffee, which has double the calories of espresso. I have a double shot of espresso mixed with skim milk most mornings. I need to drop that habit though.

I finally purchased an outdoor grill. :-)

Grilling 2-4 times a week now, and I'm sure that'll continue all Summer.

I've been attempting to keep a more regular schedule in order to be able to have more people work for me on site and it is agonizing even though I set vampire hours.

I got divorced :)

I also cut out late night snacking, cut way back on fast food and started eating healthier

I also get more sleep now than I used to...I used to live on 3-4 hours per night, now get closer to 6-7 amnd feel much better

Got married last October... lost 20 pounds pre-wedding working out at 6:30am daily and making smart food choices.... couldn't commit to quit smoking at that time though, so I quit smoking Christmas day, and am now still trying to get back off the 10 pounds I gained back! :zzwhip

I feel your pain ..working for yourself can lead to resisting a normal schedule.
