I got divorced :)
I also cut out late night snacking, cut way back on fast food and started eating healthier I also get more sleep now than I used to...I used to live on 3-4 hours per night, now get closer to 6-7 amnd feel much better |
Got married last October... lost 20 pounds pre-wedding working out at 6:30am daily and making smart food choices.... couldn't commit to quit smoking at that time though, so I quit smoking Christmas day, and am now still trying to get back off the 10 pounds I gained back! :zzwhip
