Now Dubya (Junior) has brought back this criminal Abrams, in an effort to lay the groundwork for a broader war in the Middle East, this time by attacking Iran, covertly at first, and then militarily later if he thinks it will suit his political goals.

The sad thing is that Bush's military invasions in Afghanistan and Iraq both backfired badly - Bin Laden has not been stopped, and Iraq post-Saddam is more unstable than before; and yet after huge expenditures of money and lives, since the Bush Administration has no exit strategy, they continue down the same disasterous path.

The effort is covert so far, however, I do not doubt that Bush and his band of neocon fascists are already plotting a way to further deflect attention about how they and their corporate benefactors have been raping working class taxpayers while running up unprecedented deficits, and causing the deaths of thousands of Americans and others, many whom are innocent collateral casualties.

In the worst case scenario, Bush will declare martial law and call in his Blackwater USA praetorian guard stormtroopers. Lets hope there are enough real American patriots, in and out of the military and government, that will stand up to them and prevent this from happening.

Think it can't happen?

Did you think that torture in Abu Ghraib could happen, or that the abandoment of the Geneva Convention in Guantanamo could happen? And what about the systematic dismantling of the Constitution under the auspices of the Orwellian inspired Patriot Act and Department of Homeland Security - did you think that could happen?

I was in the military for six years, and frankly, I am shocked. I attended the same High School as Pat Tillman, and was raised with many of the same values. What the hell is going on?!?

Bush had his chance and failed - it's time for his failed Administration to quit piling disaster upon disaster, patch up what they can, and then to step aside. However there are no signs that will happen, even though they have lost both the Senate and the House, and they have abysmal approval ratings.

The neocons have done nothing but bring shame upon the Republican party (and in turn this country) for their lies and misconduct in office - Richard Pearle resigned admidst conflict of interest charges, Paul Wolfowitz is being forced out of the World Bank, Condoleeza Rice has been exposed thoroughly as a propagandist liar, and the list goes on and on.

Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Gonzalez, et al, should all be tried for war crimes and crimes against humanity as far as I am concerned...
