why should I buy a site?
I see that lot of people is selling their sites/blogs/TGPs/MGPs ... but why should I buy them? Why should I buy a blog with 7K daily? I mean ... 7K is something you can build pretty quick if you know what you are doing ... and if you don't then you'll lose those 7K as quick. Besides, if the owner is selling them its because they are not productive, otherwise he wouldn't sell them.
I'm not saying buying/selling small sites is wrong ... its just I don't fully understand the point in buying them ... maybe I'm missing something??

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants think about that |

i have alwyas built my sites....but i know a lot of people that buy developed sites and work them into big revenue sources

Some people don't want to spend the initial time it takes to build and develop a site into something that works and runs smoothely. Others might buy a site for the unique concepts the site employs. There are tons of reasons to buy sites that are already functional.
