This is the same girl? Why does she have a tattoo on the "Then" pic that is not present on the "Now" pic? Seems unlikely she would have it removed, especially considering she added all those other horrible tats.

Nothing says the images haven't been flipped.. It is the real deal, story is since her first full length album (Frank) she went completely alcoholic and annorexic, but got over bulemia. The producers tried to make her go to rehab but she refused [Opening track of her album 'Rehab'].
Great album, she really sounds like a 40yo black singer from the late 60s.

From the lyrics at least, she seems like she's quite content with where she's at ....
