Jace, you dont respond at my emails, icq-messages!!!

It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order, is this your way of doing business?

Maybe you can better offer me a refund because my patience isnt endless :S At least tell me whats going on!

How much longer is it going to take for this to be done... a month+days has passed already since I made the payment... my last email didn't get replied either I need to know asap or else I'm going to have to do something about it .. sorry to go like this but if I don't get a reply by the end of the day today I'm going to assume you won't be able to get this done and Maybe you can better offer me a refund .. please let me know .. :(
