Great domain and good luck with the sale, in today's economy in might be tough to move it for what it's worth. If its earning decent money on PPC why not just keep it or develop it? It's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it, or the value that it is to you.

First let me say that I agree that "holding" is not a bad thing! I've owned this domain name for many years and it has earned A TON of money for me. I wouldn't mind owning it for many more years. BUT, I also invest in the stock market. I do very well. I might be able to use some of the cash from the sale to buy some stock. That is the only reason I would sell. I guess I would only sell for money to invest in stocks. Again, the sale amount would have to be worth more to me than the steady income stream that the type-in traffic currently delivers.
