If you're looking for pussy, Santo Domingo isn't the best place in the DR to find it. It is there, but the city also has the highest HIV rate of the country. Also, it is pretty dirty. You're better off heading to Sosua on the north coast. Tons of girl friendly hotels, probably thousands of girls that will fuck you. Also, Sosua and the rest of the North Coast have very nice beaches, with girls you can pick up there.

I would agree with Joehoya. Santo Domingo for me isn't the best place to stay. If you want a great experience there. I would recommend any where from mid to northern shore of the country. Puerto plata, sosua, Santiago for night life. That's where I normally stay when I go there.
