    Anybody ever experienced SEVERE MUSCLE SPASMs?????

    Seems to be what i am going through on a portion og my back....

    Getting some shots in the back now on a scheduled basis and taking muscle relaxers.

    Anybody go through this level of spasm?

                  When I broke my ankle I got that for a year straight, just it shot up my leg not my back. Use some muscle relaxant, rub A35 all over it, then pop 2 t3's.

                                      Nothing that bad, maybe, but something similar when I cut physical therapy out a bit too soon once-upon-a-time.

                                      If you can hang, bro, and haven't tried 'em yet, check out Pilates therapy.

                                      There's a few places in L.A. that do that kinda thing.

                                      Lots of perks to it - a stronger back being just one.
