Need Help Pay Per View / Tokens Billing
For an online video store I need a billing company that does either pay per view, pay per download, time view, or, preferrably, some sort of tokens. Can be US or European based. Does anybody here have experience with such a thing? What are the pros and cons.
Any (sensible) input is greatly appreciated.

 Our global pay-per-call phone billing solution could be used to charge surfers per download. Payouts per password range from 50cents to $10, depending on the country. Hit me up with any questions   |
