Finding new members for the XXXRewards/Karups team that have the same
beliefs and long term strategies that we have is a daunting task to say
the least. After months of searching, we are ecstatic to have finally
found an individual that we think will work great with us and for you. We
are pleased to announce that Belinda is our new affiliate manager.

Belinda has over 5 years of involvement in the industry. She will be
working closely to Lou, Jeff, and myself to learn the ropes of affiliate
management. We expect to have her answering all of your questions and
working with existing affiliates shortly.

Belinda's primary goal will be to work with all the people that
currently send us traffic. Making them aware of promotions that they may
be eligible for and making sure that as new tools are rolled out,
affiliates know about it. We want her to focus the majority of her time
taking care of the people already using us that may need more help to grow
their business.

All this being said, if you are interested in promoting us and have not
already began doing so, please do not hesitate to contact us with any
questions. Any of us here will be happy to help any webmaster no matter
how large or small.

We also want to take this time to say thank you to each affiliate that
has stuck with us over the years. Many new programs with gimmicks and
higher payouts have entered the market to compete and yet Karups has
stayed strong because of longterm thinking webmasters who look to
longterm results. We thank you for this and the addition of Belinda is
for you.

Thanks for all the congrats guys we are really excited to see how this goes. As for the foreshadowing earlier I am interested to see this also. We went outside the normal affiliate manager people to avoid the constant ship jumping. We hope like many of our in house positions that filling from the work force and not the adult force will work. Its done good by us for the last 10 years.
