I totally spaced I hadn't already put this up on GFY, but a quick rundown is it's a site I bought over a year ago, it's been around since February of '06, I completely redid it when I bought it, it's all custom coded and heavily optimized (right now with 15k uniques my load average maxed at 0.10 and is usually between 0.00 and 0.02 on my little dual core system that's so-so). It was getting quite a bit of asian traffic, I have since done some geo targeting and all chinese visitors get sent to a page full of ads which could be monetized very easily, I just haven't had the time nor energy to find ad programs for it. I'm not sure as to a current stat on the asian traffic, it was around 300k+ uniques for the few days I let it eat up my bandwidth (had 330k uniques in a single day and the site still ran perfect on the server by itself), but otherwise it's got a little korean and then the rest is basically US and European traffic.
The numbers the last week or two have been down quite a bit, I originally had traffic at a stable 20k+ end of last year that was all awesome traffic, and then my partner and I got lazy, stopped updating, stopped trading traffic, and for about 3 months there was zero done with it and it had about 2k uniques until a couple friends gave me some traffic and we started picking up again and did some trades so now it's a bit more stable. The last couple weeks no real updates or trades, we did some more today, numbers are now around 15k uniques average, judging by the last few days' numbers, which are a lot lower than they have been, monthly is around $750+, although this month was higher, 750 should be more of an average and fair estimate.
It's all custom, access to the admin panel (I made a copy so any interested buyers can have a look and see how it's setup, does autothumbs, auto flv conversion, url pulling, mass ftp video uploading, ques, scheduling, basically everything is controlled in the admin panel) and proof of stats available upon request. The thing is that although the site could have a lot done with it, especially if the ad programs were sorted out (you can use different ads on every video, top and bottom are assignable in admin) and the asian stuff was monetized it could be great and making a bit more, and one of my ad programs that was paying for chinese stuff is supposed to email me back as to the nature of what they tell me is a "technical problem" as to why my stats aren't showing up, we're both developers, and tend to be fairly lazy and procrastinate a lot when it comes to our own stuff and it's just been a little extra supplementary income. We'd rather take a little bit of cash, get it off our hands, and move on to the next stuff we have lined up.
As it stands I guess a BIN would be $8k, entertaining offers $2.5k+, preferably payment via escrow, and for the right offer it's gone tomorrow, it's just become too much of a hassle for two guys who don't have the incentive or motivation to keep on top of a site, regardless of the fact that it requires almost no maintenance, we just put up videos for a few days, put up a couple of plugs (we don't pay for any traffic), and then it gets neglected for a week or two
