oh and one time my now-ex wife was hiding a plastic bag of weed in her cooch until we got to the drive in movie...when she took that bag out of her snatch and I smelled it, I almost vomited....So that smell had cat piss beat by a mile...I'll NEVER forget the stench.

I will admit that I have never smelled that and I can't say I am upset about that either.

my two toy fox terriers used to fart up a storm. not sure what has changed since then but they haven't really let em rip recently.. *knock on wood* :)

My dogs have let some juicy ones go, but at least they dissipate. One of the worst smells I think I ever experienced was last year when Jenaveve Jolie threw up in the small shuttle bus in Jamaica. Mark Womak took one for the team and took charge of the vomit cleanup, getting as much of the eggs and ham in alcohol out of the van before almost losing it himself. Then someone from the resort handed Jenaveve a dirty mop from the bathroom that reeked of pinesol and mildew. Mmmmmmm, mix it all in with the puke scent in a van barely larger than a Volkswagen bus with no airconditioner and you got yourself some killer funk.

i left a jugg of orange juice out before leaving on vacation for 2 weeks. that was pretty bad

In the past I have discovered that rotting cantaloupe has a rather unique pong too.

now imagine that you are in a car, with a dog on tha back farting every minute or so.......

Oh, I have been in a car with these two puppies for a four hour car journey when one of them had a bad tummy and was on the verge of a diarrhoea attack the whole way...fun!

Holy SHIT...I used to live near one in Augusta, Georgia and it was fucking terrible..to me, the WORST smell is gear oil for your transmission (can't really say tranny and have the same meaning here)...if you ever want to get revenge on someone, rub some gear oil under their car seats and even if they shampoo the fuck out of the carpets, they will be reminded of the smell on any hot day.

I will have to be glad I haven't smelled a paper mill, I guess.

Coming from a family in the nursing home business, I can say the worst smell is a combination of gangrene mixed with old person diarrhea.

Separate they are tolerable, but put them together and it is like breathing in mustard gas.

my girl is a former surgical nurse... claims the worst ever was an abcessed liver (from years of alcohol)... said two of the other nurses puked in their masks, one doctor had to leave the room so the two docs could go tag team on the surgery. Said it didn't even help to clothespin your nose... you could taste it ... it was that bad.
