places where a sponsor can submit its FHGs
Ok except freehostedgalleries and comusthumbs where else i can submit thousands of FHGs for other webmasters to use?

You might be able to submit them to askjolene.com . Some categories paid listings are dominated by only a few sponsors, so adding something new will probably generate a lot of clicks. Can't hurt to try a few hundred $$'s worth of clicks.
Also, you could make some templates that are not for your affiliates, and fill them with the content sets from the existing free hosted galleries. If you submit the unique templates, and especially if you submit then as soon as you release them, many tgps will list them for you.
