WTF Does Myspace do to my browswer?

I rarely go on MySpace, but everytime I do, about 2 - 3 pages into it, the browswer slows down and pages won't load. It's not just myspace pages that won't load, if I try to open another page, like Yahoo.com, it won't load either, I have to quit the browser and restart it every time. Only happens with MySpace. What the fuck are they doing in the background to make this happen? Happens every time, so it's not a coincidence.

I find myspace to be brutally slow and painful to use alot of the time lately.

I used to go on it every day alot, but lately I probably only check it once a week and even then I quit out of it before the page finishes loading because it is so slow.

I wonder how quickly a huge site like that could lose a lot of traffic and people?

Ya the site is slow as fuck, but it's doing something to my browser so that other sites won't load either, until I quit the browswer and restart it. Only happens when I visit MySpace.

More than likely the pages you visit are terribly bloated with flash photo galleries, streaming mp3 players, and video players, your browser takes up a crap load of ram thus slowing everything down.

Nope, if I go to Yahoo.com I will get a Server Not Found error. Even if I hit stop on the browser for Myspace, nothing will load, even if I close the windows, open a new window, nothing will load. I have to quit Firefox.
