My apologies in advance if anything I am about to say is something that you already know.
For people who promote via gallery building for tgp's, or via free sites for link lists, then we need content zips that have 20 pics per set.
Most tgp's (ie Pichunter) will let you make a gallery with 15pics minimum. I generally use 16, because that is what one of my partner accounts likes, and I like him to list me.
People who build for link lists like Link O Rama, Penis Bot, etc, need 20 pics. Sponsor that throw in a few extra so that we can pick and choose are always well appreciated.
Both groups of people need the pics to be in a series, or from the same set, in other words. Most places won't list you with mixed content from different shoots.
Speaking of pics, you might want to get a watermark on yours. Speaking as an affiliate, I despise when sponsors put huge watermarks on pictures that make it impossible for me to make decent hand cropped thumbs. But there is nothing wrong with...and I expect...to see a smallish watermark on the pictures. Leaving it off is missing out on a branding opportunity, imho.
There are tons and tons of things you can get into as you build your affiliate program. Were it me, I'd pick one tool, and start with it. Refine it with feedback from your affiliates, then move on to the next one.
Trying to do everything at once...especially if you are not coming from a affiliate background...can be hard to do.

thanks so much for the detailed response. right now we won't be hosting enough images for you in our area. but in the future we definitely will and i will contact you to let you know when this happens. the gg affiliate program is beta at this point and our intentions for setting it up were mostly to give our models and some favorite bloggers the oppurtunity to make money off of the promotion that they have provided and continue to provide for us. once we get the hang of everything and particularly after we have updated and expanded our tour i will also expand the affiliate program to meet the needs of bigger affiliates. thanks again.alt, goth, punk, tattooed, super sexy girls with infinity updates, huge content archives and a well-loved community. haha i dont know if godsgirls is purely a goth site. it's more like "here are all kinds of hot chicks--- even a bunch with purple hair and lots of tattoos site."
we've got girls with no tattoos also. i don't discriminate when i am choosing the models. they are not required to have tattoos or pink hair but they muuuust be hot. we like variety and our members are very pleased.

we have never failed to pay a photographer or "screwed" one over. we've never had a photographer quit shooting for us. all people involved with godsgirls are highly valued. models and shooters included.
and one girl who never shot for us and only met me maybe a total of half an hour definitely is the reigning expert on how i treat my models.
that whole post that "sinead" made is alleged heresay. she could have made it all up for all that i know.
there were a dozen other girls at the same event that she is talking about and none of those girls "ran away" or quit godsgirls. we don't hold our models prisoner. the girls (99 percent of them involved with the site---AT LEAST) who say that are happy with me and/or the site say so because it is true. we don't have contracts like another alt site does--- girls can quit at any time and say whatever they want about me and about godsgirls.
she x-posted that nonsense blog in a few other nonsense places and many of the godsgirls came to the defense of the site... some examples of statements made were...
