I need techy help
Does anyone know of a program that can record your work.
Something along the lines of recording everything your doing on your monitor for a tuturial for example ... Basicly I want to be able to record every step I do when preparing a project .. Have it recorded as a QT or WMV (format doesn't matter) SO that I may add audio at a later date .. and basicly use it as a turturial for Packaging products .. Anyone ?

I've used CamStudio in the past because it's GPL and it works very well...

windows media encoder can do this, and it's free to boot.
