Hi. Lot of people uploading images to imaghosts and putting links uses one reliable topbanner/intermission redirect system. Personally I used topbanner.
The site has small script that will convert all links to redirects with topbanner and You can set which domains to exclude or include in conversion. It's not million dollar way but it is very nice extra.

They have pure adbrite/avndas zone topbanner . No distracting or anoying ads. Pure text links on top of each image from external imagehosts.

They pay cut from earnings (in average traffic with some 40% US, 8% UK, 6% DE... it's about 45%). Main earning from topbanners is 1$ for 9999 redirects which You get cut around 45%, meaning You earn 1$ for 22k redirects, not depending if they are unique or not. It's not much but it doesn't cost You nothing and it doesn't harm anyone. With thousands visitors each seeing dozens of pics it's some really nice $.

They pay with PAYPAL, E-passporte & E-gold at end of each month (payments are made on 1st & 2nd.) after reaching 5$.
