Just re-apply with a new domain and read the program policies.

you cant ask people to support you by asking them to click on the adsense ads, that's why your ctr was so high.

You could get away with that back in the pay per click glory days. I used to tell my visitors they had to click on a 25c per click banner I had before they entered my site. 90% of them did. Worked for over a year until surprise surprise the program folded.
