Freya Communications Inc., a well established adult internet company is seeking a full time entry level Online Sales/Account Representative to join our team of professionals in our Ft. Lauderdale facility. The qualified candidate must have the ability to build, manage, and cultivate an affiliate network of online clients.

*** Job Duties ***

? Manage multi-faceted affiliate/client advertising campaigns.

? Coordinate with the sales team to determine advertising obligations.

? Analyze affiliate/client marketing campaign traffic & performance.

? Formulate strategies that maximize the campaign exposure.

? Network to build new quality link partners.

? Be accessible to strengthen existing relationships.

? Search out, acquire & test new affiliate program partners.

? Conduct continual market research and competitive analysis.

? Create and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

? Prepare internal performance reports as needed by management.

*** Qualifications Required ***

? Ability to respond to customers in a competent and professional manner.

? Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.

? Basic understanding of internet marketing concepts.

? Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.

? Ability to multi-task, prioritize & manage time effectively.

? Eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives.

? Solid negotiation and deal making skills.

? Cogent mathematical and analytical thought process.

? Dynamic outgoing relationship building and development skills.

We would prefer an individual with industry experience but will train the right person. Previous sales experience is a plus. Most of all you must be comfortable working with adult related materials.

Wizzo; That was a Marshal Brody character from The Bozo the Clown Show. I loved that growing up.

No one knows Freyacomm, but MenOnTheNet is very well known on the gay side of the industry. I hope. Since the Redneck Getaway is in my backyard I thought about going. I just am not sure that it is an appropriate place when our main focus in Gay related.
