To answer your question, yes you will get a ticket from the pot police...you can only see them when you're high though so you may be safe.

S. divinorum could actually be knocked out of existence very easily - almost all of the stuff thats growing is from cuttings originating from a few plants in South America. Seeds are pretty rare, and they are hundreds of dollars if you ever could find them.

It's illegal in a lot of countries and it will be illegal here in the USA within 3-5 years most likely.
