That being said, I usually set realistic goals based on my measure of interest I get from people to pony up the money. So far, I know I have a few supporters that always show their support, so that tells me I can pull off a party or 2 this summer. If the measure of interest is increased because sponsors are super big fans of the groups, then I can possibly raise more money to afford a bigger name artist. That's how my Players Ball always works.

This time, what I see with these prices I can pretty much pull off any of these at these prices.

Tenacious D- $50k

Queens of the Stone Age $35-50k
End of discussion. Book those 2.

I'm making a serious run for Tenacious D right now.

That would be a great way to entertain webmasters while doing a rock show.

But I'm looking into all options.

Queens of the Stone Age would be dope too.

Decisions decisions.

I just felt like showing you all what I go through behind close doors everytime I do a party. Look at the prices, figure on what people would like the most.

Since it seems more webmasters support rock, let's see if the sponsors step up more for this then the rap parties. If they do, then we all win.

That would be great. I would come just to hear Regulate as long as Nate Dogg was there for the ride as well.

I think Tenacious D would be excellent and have another cheap band open it up.

Tenacious D would be enteraining as hell. Fun, loose and good tunes.

KB and I are friends with his whole camp.

I got a credit in one of his documentaries for my behind the scenes footage. He was also a client of my Marketing Firm.

And even with all of that, he'd still be around $100k.

But I can easily make that happen if sponsors step up.

That would be a very hot choice too, good opener.

I didn't get the icq, try again when you have a sec.

I'll be on ICQ later.

I already know he's well over $100k.

I've looked into him already and decided after 2 seconds that I'd never pay more then $10k for a guy like that. And I'd only pay him to do a song or 2 and be a celebrity host.

And I'll buy him a beer.

Foo Fighters put on an insane show.. probably expensive just like the chillis.. Green Day etc.. but how about something along the lines of 3 days grace? Insane live show, great energy etc.. bloc party is another solid option. Glad to see it going rock.

I'll post a few more (and probably get laughed at) while waiting for a ticket to be processed.

Alice in Chains (probably unlikely, but will throw it out there)
Avenged Sevenfold
Beastie Boys (Prob. more qualifies as hiphop, also probably unlikely)
Black Label Society
Blood Hound Gang
Cheap Trick
Devin Townsend Band
Iced Earth
Life Of Agony
Ministry
Nightwish
Sammy Hagar
Sevendust
Soul Asylum
Static-X
Suicidal Tendencies
Symphony X (Though new album coming out and going on tour soon)
Tesla
The Offspring
TNT
Type O Negative
Twisted Sister (because everyone likes people who look like bad trannys with raw meat)
War Machine

We're making a big push for the Strokes.

I have about 20 back up plans just incase it doesn't come through.

I should have an answer back tomorrow or the next day.

Metallica!!! (or any rock band formed prior to '91)

But it's about time this industry paid some respect to rock 'n roll. I am so sick of this rap crap I could scream!!! I am a rock chick for sure!!!

Rock 'n Roll brought us the famous tight black mini skirt and red high heels. (or any variation of) How many BEAUTIFUL women come out of rock 'n roll???

Rock Stars get all the hotties!!!
