    Making Bank Sponsor Not Paying

Just thought I would let you guys know - Making Bank (http://www.makingbank.com) is NOT paying - I made two sales - $84 with them in June, have emailed them three times..here is a copy of the last email I sent them, included with their reply. No reason, no nothing. I did not promote them very much anyway due to their amazing number of popups..ooh I'm scared (their attorneys - imagine they need several if they steal money from people)

    Lara,

"if you would rather not reply I would be happy to post this message on
several Adult BBS - GFY is a good one - Lara"

Our attorneys will be in touch...

Two words: Class Action .... For plaintiffs' attorneys to save money, have the FTC crack them a new asshole first THEN use the evidence gathered by the FTC to collect delinquent affiliate payments.

I think the Internet in its young current state is kind of like the wild west, this will change ounce somebody gets the piss sued out of them and hung for example for others to see.

thanks everyone for all your support - as to a minimum, they claim none (or perhaps $50) but at $84 I was over that - crappy customer service, no, I didn't spam and violate their rules or anything.. live and learn I guess.. we'll see how long they last. I do love their line about the attorney though.. you can't sue someone for Libel if what they are saying is truthful. So my letting others know they cheated me is in no way illegal.

Like the comment someone posted about how they can afford attorneys since they don't pay their webmasters, I also will check out the LosingBank thread you suggested.. guess they can't all be like Lightspeed..

Seriously, Frank makes a good point. Someone start a thread for people that have been fucked over by making bank. Get everyone's contact details, sort out your shit, and have your attorney's serve them paper's for a class action.

You'll get your money back, and hopefully fuck them over in the process.
