    Liberty reserve can be great alternative to epassporte

    First good thing-they dont have fees at all,neither for receiving neither for sending.
    Second good thing-no chance for fraud(chargeback,stolen credit card)
    beacuse account can be funded only with western union/bank wire.
    Third good thing-they have anti-phising feature-you can setup personal message which you see during login-if you dont see that message that's mean you are on phising site
    4th good thing-login require not just password require input of personal pin also,and it need to be inputed with virtual keyboard which make it good against keyloggers.
    In shortly go and register,nothing to lose.

          Interesting features, but how do they make their money with no fees?

          Also, I don't like how their whois is DomainsByProxy. In fact, I don't see an address anywhere on that site.
