pinkz - thanks but that's not exactly what I'm looking for. My first post may not have been clear. Technically I'm looking for reverse SMS billing (Mobile Terminated) where the access charge is billed by the phone service provider. No CC is needed to receive the content access password.
Maybe I misunderstood but they seem to need a CC. Regards, HD |
