HELP: Which Email program to import lots of email addresses?

i need to import some hundred email addresses to send out newsletters - and outlook wants me to put in email by email instead of bulk import. any recommondations?

In Outlook you can do an import from txt or csv file

not yet, i'm trying "advanced emailer" atm - that one looks like something i could use

at least it imported all my emails without complaining
