The reasons exits still work:
"expert" surfers, the ones who aren't as likely to pay for porn, already have popup blockers installed. The ones who don't have them are generally newbie surfers, who are likely to not only get consoles, but click on them as well.

We have FPAs in our arsenal that make great exit consoles and even have a couple more being made up that will allow you to see for yourself what you can still make with exit consoles
