Well people, the verdict is in and he's found guilty on all charges. What do you think about that ? I don't know for sure, there's really no evidence against the guy, there's the blood stain on his shirt, but that's it, there's no evidence that he was in the house to take the girl nor was their any story pieced together as to what happend, so how could they convict the guy ??

It's a screwy case, but I guess if the jury found him guilty, then they must've saw something that made them believe that.

My wife watched that trial every day on Court TV, so I pretty much listened to most of the trial, so I feel as if I was there, he he he.

jreaka, yeah, that's all that they have, sure, it's a pretty concrete piece right there, BUT where's the rest of the case ?? For one, Dave was under survailence WHEN the body was dumped, there's NO proof that he was ever in their house, they don't even know how the girl was killed. I could go on and on about the little things.

ALSO, did you notice the girls disappearing around the same area ??? AND the ones that disappered BEFORE this incident happend.

I'm not trying to defend the guy, if he did kill that little girl, I hope that he burns in hell also, BUT I'm just saying that without the full story laid out as to what happend, it does put a little doubt in my head.

There was fiber evidence that she was in his bed and his rv. There was her finger prints in the rv on the head board. There was also blood on his jacket not his shirt. The only thing they didn't have was evidence that he was in the house.

Sounds like a strong case to me!

I lived in San Diego (North Park) while this case was preceeding. It was on all the TV stations, every day. There was no way you could miss it.

i have a place less than 3 miles from where this went down..westerfiled house. Just glas he wasnt rich cuz he would've gotten off just like jacko did today
