Well, there is the possibility that he believes he's fully legitimate, but as you've pointed out repeatedly, no matter if he has license in hand, it's not a legally binding license. My best advice to him would be to go back to working at McD's and hope nobody sues him.

Yeah, hard to believe if he really is lying. I just can't imagine doing that. There is a part of me that says this guy is the victim of someone else's wrongdoing. And another part of me that is just in shock that anyone would do something so stupid, as you say.

Here is my short summary of the report from my content dept.

These images were purchased several years ago from *four* seperate content sources. Two of those content providers, Massivexxxcontent and Jethro content are no longer maintaining active web sites. Although we have documentation that shows that we paid for the rights to the images, to err on the side of caution and because I believe that MP and Mailman are on the up-and-up, we removed the content from those two providers.

The balance of the content was obtained from Razor/Ounique and Matrix. Since those companies still exists, and since we have our receipts for these content purchases, we have left that content on the site.

Sorry for my flip attitude, but I knew we had purchased these images, so I thought you must have just been screwing around.

On a brighter note, I'm sure we could sell a pile of memberships for Penny's site with a link off of this profile. I'd love to chat about ideas for having her (or any of your other solo girls) put up profiles for themselves and let me blast them with traffic. Win/win, right? Feel free to hit me up if you want to try something with this.
