i know most of us spend the majority of our lives in front of a computer screen but i figure some of you have to have some sort of hobby... so i'm sharing mine and i'm curious about yours. i like r/c cars and r/c racing. i was addicted to it as a kid, but at that time, i really couldn't afford it.... recently i got back into it and plan on racing in some events this year. i have a nitro stadium truck (traxxas jato 3.3). here's a few pics of my truck.... what hobbies are you into? post pics if necessary.

I opened my golf-season today

It was chilly and rainy, but I managed to score 94 with 2 birdies. Not bad after 5 months of hibernation, and going to the course cold turkey.

In the summer I also fish.

I used to race the team associated RC 12I and RC 12L 's in a local club.. this was back in the 80's. I did hold the season record for number of laps turned in an 8 minute main even though

These days I love to take an afternoon nap.. thats as close as I get to a hobby! I want to start back up with my oil painting though.

re: how much is r/c? nitro r/c cars & trucks range from $200-$1k depending on the class and type. i plan on racing 1/10th stadium truck, 1/8th buggy and truggy classes... lots of great hobbies in here. good to know everyone's not sitting around getting hairy palms!
