Video editing question
I want to cut up some videos in several parts (to make samples). Is there a way to cut MPEG videos without having to re-render the portion that you're cutting? I want the parts to have the same resolution/etc as the original video.

Boilsoft Splitter and other shareware apps can split video files of many types without re-encoding
