The Sale:
* The site is for sale as of today until August 25th. If no buyer is found before August 25th, the sale will end until next month. I have to honor ad spots sold to advertisers until the end of August, so the site can only be transferred to the new owner on or after August 31. Hopefully the sale will be settled and paid up before then.
* Please don't harass me for detailed statistics and revenue breakdown if you have no interest in taking over the site. I don't have an abundance of free time at the moment.

* BabeDrop.com is a softcore babe gallery ratio site. The ratio script is custom and allows for mutliple domains. The site is operating on an all-time ratio, but can be modified to use a rolling 3, 7, or any other ratio period.
* The gallery portion of the layout is CSS for speedy rendering on the surfers screen.
* Most of my galleries have been made made with Arylia Gallery Builder (http://www.arylia.com), and a copy is included in the sale. There are something like 150 galleries already made for the site.
Stats and Earnings:
Ads were bought for the months of July and August using funds from advertising spots sold on BabeDrop.com None of this money is included in the revenue stats.
Average monthly income from PPC ads, dating, and affiliate sales for the last 3 months (May, June, July): $1400/month
Traffic averages sitewide:
May: 33225.77/day
June: 34019.53/day
July: 34134.48/day
Why am I selling: This has been a fun business and hobby for the last year and a half or so, however I've been pretty sick for the last couple months, and with school coming up, I need to concentrate on other things.
Site's Requirements:
I will not be providing extensive support for the site after it is sold, so you should have some knowledge of PHP and MySQL. The site likely needs to be hosted on a dedicated server. Oversold shared hosting such as Dreamhost will no be adequate. I spend a bit of time every day (approx 1 hour) submitting galleries to other ratio sites, linkdumps, and the like. If you want to keep up traffic, you'll need to do the same, or simply tap into some of your established trades (cutting the management time down significantly)
Arrow Trader Lite 3 needs to be installed to keep the toplist.
