    Imus plans on suing

    I guess Imus plans on suing for the rest of his contract ($40 million dollars) because there is a clause in his contract that states that he MUST say controversial things on air and that is exactly what he did.

    The contract also states that Imus must get a warning before getting fired. No warning was given to him that he went over the line. Most legal analysts are saying he will easily win the lawsuit.

    I hope he wins its sad to see kids who are dying of cancer lose out because peoples feelings got hurt by some words.

                              I normally hate lawsuits like that but in this instance I hope he sues the hell out of them. These big companies need to learn to quit giving in every time they offend some group doesn't do everything they want.

                                              Hopefully he'll get it, if it is in his contract he should shouldn't he? As far as I know he was never told he was going over the line so they violated his contract... kudos to him, I hope he gets every penny he is owed and then some.
