Ok Ive been playing guitar since i was 5.5 years old im now 29 blah blah blah lol I just picked it back up after not playing for 2 years and I re learned an old song stairway to heaven the LIVE VERSION off the song remains the same.. I got everything down solo's etc... Now What im looking for is a program that I can rip the vocals off of stairway to heaven. Why do I want to do this well I want to play my guitar along with robert plant singing I would love to do this lol Is there a program that I can get that will allow me to take just the vocals and maybe the organ and drums and leave out jimmy page's great work???

There's no bullet proof method for removing vocals from a song..

Anyway: just filtering out vocals with a simple tool is virtually
impossible if not simply: impossible.

Since samples for remixes need to be licensed anyway
(meaning the label owner/record company is ok with you having it sampled or using some vocals) you can usually get a single
track from them to create a clean cut of a vocal track.

Should be possible. They did it with those beatle songs, and with that new shitty elvis presley song thats out. I use Acoustica MP3 Audio Mixer v.2.02 for recording shit I do. It sounds great if you are looking to record, however, I have a lack of experience using the program, and not sure of t's full features. I don't know if it can preform a task that you are asking of or not.
