here's another thing: I was able to go out and buy 4 brand new computers, psII etc the next day. I'm lucky to be in that position. If I hadn't put in the work I have, and had the success I've had a ripoff like that could have put me out of business.

I understand what you're saying, but from what I've read here and in the other threads, it appears that in your case there's no real evidence either way, and though drops says she was promoting someone else's program, people she talked to at the show say she was promoting Cherrybucks (and with cards that the owner said he never provided her with). I'm not saying all bosses are bad guys, just the ones who expect results from people without providing them the tools to get results -- and then proceed to post personal attacks and place blame.

Do you know that it's illegal to say anything negative about a former employee when called for a reference? The farthest you can go is to say you wouldn't re-hire that person.
