but i can assure you that we dont call each other things like that, and anyone who uses that terminology on their galleries, sites, whatever... most likely is not gonna get the clicks & signups they want. *and using homophobic slang like that on a sponsor site, in my opinion, only attracts homophobic webmasters with a negative view of gay people.

Hmmm.

There is nothing I like better than having to wait 10 seconds after each click while a flash page whooshes and bleeps before showing me what I actually wanted to see.

I never get tired of whooses and bleeps and background music.

There is two buttons at the top of the sites.. One to turn off the music and one to switch to html over flash.

Once you do that you can bookmark the html no music version if thats what you prefer

as we know there aren't many persignup sponsors that would let a webmaster check their stats at the processor, a la partnership program.

so it would be damned impressive to see a big program implement it. certainly a lot more impressive than this whole re-launch/prizes/health insurance/sponsor points/new payout scale/new whatever.

I read on your forum that you may be considering phasing out the old link code and forcing people to change to the new links. I hope that you will reconsider that bad idea. It's very simple to forward the old links through the new system and I hope you will decide to do that forever. Many other sponsors have changed to newer link codes with more features but the best sponsors keep the the old codes working so that partners continue getting paid on traffic coming through the old links.

Discontinuing support for old link codes, ones that webmasters have scattered all over the web, is an old trick that less-than-honest sponsors have used in the past to try to get free traffic from their affiliates. I'm sure you wouldn't do that, but I wanted to let you know my thoughts on this up front.

Again, the new site looks great and I'll definitely be giving it a try, but please do not stop support for the old links codes.

I would only phase out the old links in a long term deal... We were thinking 3 months or 6 months. But after all the feedback we will probably just leave them up.

I do suggest that people try to change to the new links as its one less jump the surfer has to make

I've been with SC for a while, allow me some questions:
- which of the new programs will the old webmasters be switched to? I would like to have my account switched to the Advantage or Partnership program; how can I get that?
- the partnership program grows up to 80%, if the revenue generated reaches US$ 5,000.00. Question: must the $5K be reached in a given period? what is that period? or is it $5K over any lenght of time?
