get a tuning fork.. then put that where you think the bone is broke.. if you jump through the celing then it's broke... if it tickles then it's not broke....

If you haven't already, get some ice on that bitch pronto. 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off... rinse, repeat.

If it's still hurting in a couple of hours, or swells abnormally large, go see a doc - it's most likely broken.
