I can easy see a 2 grand cleaning bill, the townhouse next me the guy rents it out. After a tenant leaves, he doesnt pick the best ones. His people are in there for two weeks, they really fuck the place up.

Here is an e-mail from one of my property managers on the extent of the damage that was done to the apartment WE co-signed for Kelly when he worked for me. I was left to clean up and pay for EVERYTHING after he left...

Well, we went over and XXXXX took a LOT of photos. Sadly, there’s tons of work to do. The good news is that our handyman thinks he can have it ready to give back to the town on the 14th.

Here’s some of it:

v Broken window, several damaged screens

v Painted/stenciled some of the rooms

v Scratches on wood floor

v Filthy carpets (don’t know if they’re stained or not)

v Addition of several wooden shelves onto the walls

v Furniture (including 2 couches, mattress and a huge aquarium) left behind

v Paint damaged in most rooms

v Bathroom is disgusting

v Damage to the newel post is severe

v Light fixtures missing

v Cables run in various areas of the house

v Food left in fridge/freezer – stove is dirty

v Kitchen cabinet damaged

v Many of the baseboards and doors have been painted

We’ll get the pictures to you when we can.

Another e-mail from another one of my property managers after we cleaned up Kelly's mess

XXXX, the handyman and I went to look at Kelly's old apartment, it's a crime scene! It’s so sad to see this gorgeous house fowled. The rug in the family room is filthy, the place stinks, it will need lots of paint and repairs and there are at least 2 dump runs to get rid of old smelly couches and mattresses and other junk just left.
