Depends on the time period you are looking at, 20% staying for 6+ months are great, only 20% from first to next month are pretty bad...and there are loads of programs that barely manage 10% rebills.

It boils down to what type of content you have in your members area. If you have exclusive content, you should be looking at a minimum of six to nine months average retention. If you are using 100% non-exclusive, leased-based content, you will find it difficult to crack three months in average retention.
