I'll have a Samuel Jackson, Good Motha Fuckin' Choice Motha Fucka. Sorry I think of that every time I hear Samuel Jackson's name. I'd have to say he and Denzel are my two favs. I haven't seen too many movies from either that I haven't liked. Honorable mention, Edward Norton, Matt Damon, Tom Hanks, Will Smith (in some roles, for example Bad Boys)... there are others but that's enough!
