Check out maxmind... it's easy to get it working with their sample code. You can use their web service for cheap if you don't expect a whole lot of queries.

your welcome to use the geogif in my sig for free , but i may stop it at some point if it gets too many hits.
use the following format http://tools.webspacemania.com/geogi...tbc~45~6~5.png the different parts are seperate by ~'s ( not dashes ) the first part represent the message , in this case its "HEY CITY" the word stbc represents the city of the user seeing the image the second part is the font size, the third part is font face the fourth part is font color example
