Advertising spots, pretty tough find
What do you do to find new advertising spots? It's pretty tough to find space that will actually drive traffic to you.
There's a ton of possibilities of course, like magazines, newspapers etc.. Bt what do you do to find the right places? I'm talking mainstream mostly.

yep yep. thats the thing. finding the RIGHT medium. maybe look around at what you other competitors, or people pushing the same thing. sorry i cant help you much here.

look hard for hidden gems!
every site that's similar to yours is a potential ad spot, email everyone you come across and offer them $xx for a banner spot ... you'd be surprised how many people will bite! for example, I run a forum aussiecelebs.com ... our traffic is apparently 16% from belgium according to alexa ... I have no idea why.
