I have had a ticket in your system for over 2 months regarding a check that I have not recieved. Shane is the only person I seem to be able to contact and I am getting nowhere, and he is not responding anymore. Is there anyone else there that I can communicate with. I have been sending you good sales and this is quite an ordinary way to treat an affiliate.
