Ditto on the support issues. I have a 6 day old ticket that has never been responded to and two e-mails that have gone unanswered in regards to the support tickets.

One of the reasons I chose cologroup was the announcement 3-4 months ago by Jason about their new control panel. This never happened for whatever reason. However, IF the control panel were in place, I could handle my own support needs on these two items.

PS... Billing is always on time.

Yeah, I would say that if there is anything that Cologroup could improve on it would be the amount of time it take to fix problems.

Why don't you get a server license package tith Cpanel. I think it would make our life, and yours a lot easier. I use it on another server I have with another host and really like the benefits.:winkwink:

I posted this on here, because I think this is a pretty good deal, because it is not too often that money gets given to companies that are involved in the adult industry and there are a lot of things that could use improvement and money makes that possible. I am really excited about this, and it will be interesting to see what Cologroup comes up with over the next year.
